A complete surge protection kit that includes a separate RV Surge Protector Module for surge protection and a separate RV Circuit Analyzer Tester Module for pedestal testing.
First, plug the Tester Module into the power pedestal to check for wiring faults. If the "Power On/Correct Wiring" pattern is indicated then you can remove the Tester Module and plug in the Surge Protector Module. As long as the "Surge" light indicator is ON you can plug in your RV cordset. Now your RV is surge protected.
